Start off with a fresh Roux, adding Trinity (Onions, celery and Green Bell Peppers). Organic of course! Add jalapeno, garlic and Poblano Pepper. Ozarka Natural Spring Water. Jalapeno/Cheese and Home-made Boudin Sausage. Hot sauce and Cajun seasonings. Fresh Parsley and fresh cracked pepper. Spicy Fried Garden Okra added. Served over hot steamed white rice.

Alligator Marinade:

  • One part pineapple juice
  • One part Soy Sauce
  • Two parts Ozarka water
  • Splash of Teriyaki

Grilled @ 350^F with a dash of Tony Chachere’s Seasoning
